I know it's a rule by CIE. But people grow up. I understand we have no choice but to give CIE exams but you guys shouldn't follow all the guidelines given to virtual globe. If you are so concerned about running your forum successfully, Buy privacy on the domain and host it offshore. Atleast you will get some quality content, Because almost all papers will released ( People's memory) after 2-3 hours of people giving the paper so you can offer good content to people without waiting for the original papers to release
