Will A levels private effect my university

Will doing Alevels privately have a negative impact on my admission for universities like fast ned nust etc if their criteria for admissions is fulfilled.
What role does a college for admission in universities . Do tell other disadvantages of doing Alevels privately except for ECA thankyou.
Btw i am a CS student and will chose phy maths cs in Alevels , so please answer the above questions accordingly thankyou
