Will Imran Khan finish O Levels system in Pakistan?

I have been wandering that will Imran Khan, if becomes PM would end O levels system in pakistan? He said that he would bring uniform educatiom

i dont think he can, by saying uniform education system he meant that all the students in Pakistan would attempt same paper like...... um...... Pakistan education board would be set up which will be responsible for examinations throughout Pakistan
