The paper clearly stated "You are recommended to write between 350 to 500 words" . The key word is recommended, so u cant really be penalized too much.

It's not necessary at all to write the word count, I haven't written it either. that was my guess might have been closer to 560-570 in the essay and 330 in the directed writing.. :\

i heard the examiner counts the words .. but if your essay/d.w is too good , he allows your word count to exceed by 100/200 words.

if you are praying 5 times a day along with hardwork.. im sure you will easily get an A* even on 250 words.
