Is there much benefit of taking first language Urdu as an extra subject if we don't want to do F.SC which includes it? hw much credit does it have or importance?

Well if you are going for engineering, medicine or commerce, its worthless. It may help you in journalism. That is a kinda long term planning.
As far as O level is concerned, you better take Urdu, either as a 1st or 2nd language. They might demand Urdu when you have your equivalency made.

if you are not planning for F.SC then its worthless !! agree with destined007 but may help u in university and in that case too pakistani university

You will have to get an equivalency certificate for Medical and Engineering universities of Pakistan. Urdu as a Second language gets you a very low equivalency even if you have an A so Urdu First Language should be preffered.
