It is a part of Cie Regulations, Students are not allowed to discuss paper content on the internet until a 24 hour time period has elapsed

Due to time difference . Timings are same everywhere , but when it's 2:00 here , it may be 12:30 somewhere else . So this rule is made to prevent information about the paper from getting leaked . If CIE were to see information regarding the paper leaked before the appointed time , they will take immediate action against the person who leaked it . They may cancel your paper or even take their case to court . You don't want to mess with them .
This rule was made to protect the members of the site , but you people just don't listen to the Admins do you ?
