its about rationing, if you can't stay away from your phone, set a time that I will study this many topics for 2 hours and if I complete them I will get 1hr to use the phone, otherwise I will keep working and not use the phone until I have completed those topics.. and if you do them in 2.5 hrs instead of 2, then you only get 0.5 hr for using the phone... that way you have incentive to work hard efficiently to get what you like... if you don't force yourself how will you succeed so be firm with yourself.
