what exactly do u mean by industrial development?
if its for mining then u hv to restore the topsoil, add fertilizers and plant trees, and maybe even add some wildlife

i don't think u need to do much...at most just how to extract the oil
nothing much is usually asked in p-1...its usually damn easy

Like how when 2 continental plates collide and they are forced up into fold mountains? Like that, the land folds upwards and if this occurs in an area where there is oil available, the oil gets trapped in these upfolds. That's it!
