Can anyone tell me the recent grading scheme of O levels? Is it A on 80% or 85%?

Sorry brother there is no such type of thing that A for oct/nov is 75. A is 80-89 for all of the sessions

That is correct, the raw marks for a particular grade vary from one session to the other according to difficulty of the exam to make sure the achievements by past and future candidates remain on an equivalent level in terms of fairness.

The uniform mark for an A however is always mapped on to 80-89% and for an A* 90-100 %

According to the CIE website as of today:

"The process of grading in Cambridge O Level involves deciding the minimum mark necessary for each grade. We do not have predetermined thresholds ( or quotas of candidates ). After each examination series we decide the minimum marks for each threshold ( grade boundaries ) for each individual component. We carry out this process in order to ensure that the demands on the candidates are the same for every subject and every examination series. We are therefore unable to provide a general list of percentages required for each grade."
