Usually, the top schools give scholarships on 8 As in O-level. So yes, these are enough.

For Business related fields, you are gonna have to need both those subjects.

the schools are usually rated by sciences

There are no business or science schools at this level. Any school offering A level will have both Business and Science side teachers. So don't worry about any of this!

Some people say that you r not going anywhere if u don't add maths with it.

St. Patricks; Nixor; KGS; Lyceum.
These are the best, but I don't know anything about their scholarship policies. So you might want to call each school and find that out yourself.
