Increased unemployment leads to what on PPC?
Shift inwards? outwards? Point moving inwards? Outwards

Stuff like that.

I did that the point moves inwards, then erased it and did C, where it said the whole PPC shifts inwards :/ I'm wrong.
PPC measures the production levels of two commodities so the 'point' will move inwards as if unemployment was not there, the economy could operate at it's full capacity! So yeah, you're wrong :/
Man...I'm soooooooo tensed :'(

I did increased use of labour.. it's right.

Why are you thinking that the option of the majority is right? :p
I don't know man!
I was REALLY conffused but then I was like, it's a developing economy and it would be more concerned about reducing employment and implementing regional policy to reduce poverty than some external costs such as pollution? :/

Yes it was! So the possible external costs arising from such a decision could be pollution etc lol! I'm just linking it with stuff

Nah, they wanted to reduce migration, so the aim of that action was to increase employment in rural areas. That's it.

External costs are related to consumption or production. One individual who migrates, might contribute to pollution.. and all of the increased population might collectively lead to pollution, but it's not much of a valid point. But the question was about the reason for their decision, which is to increase employment in rural areas.
