forget pakistan it is about CIE.
please help me write information about CIE such as "Accreditation status of Institution along with name of Accrediting Authority". this is about CIE. what is accreditation status of CIE?

IBBC equivalence certificate was a concept created by Pakistan ( http://www.ibcc.edu.pk/ ). Without knowing exactly what they want, providing the wrong information may be devastating.
Organizations that issue credentials or certify third parties against official standards are themselves formally accredited by accreditation bodies (such as UKAS); hence they are sometimes known as "accredited certification bodies". Source: Wikipedia
So, I think CIE is self-accredited or something. Sorry I couldn't help you...
