    you basically just divide continuously by 2 ...i.e. 0.25 ms is 10mv...10/2 give you 5,0...then 5/2 give you 2,1...and 2/2..gives you 1,0...so it would be 1010 ill take a picture later on i dont think its clear in this explanation
