    Guys listen it's important that you don't rely too much on examsolutions. Don't get me wrong, it's an excellent resource, but what can happen is you watch the videos and you think to yourself "oh great I can do it now" and then a question comes up and it turns out you can't. I've seen it happen...

    CTI software is used in call centres, it's discussed on page 42. Indexed sequential files are stored in order, and they are stored on disk to enable some form of direct access. Each record consists of fixed length fields....etc etc. It's on page 39
