Well i dont think it has to do anything woth the ppl who idealise him! It is general and directed towards everybody, bcs it says 'if u know ANYONE or have seen ANYONE'... So it has nothing to do with this being over rated!

As far as being 'concerned' with such ppl is concerned, then again... As Nibz said, dont we get angry when non muslims make fun of our religion? Dont u think that it should equally be the other way round too?, we should respect them too?' NOW suppose, IF jb or any other non muslims hears about this.. What will they think? Does

this give a good picture of our religion then?
I dont like beiber... And i dont have anything against Sh Abu Esa either! I am sure he is a gr8 person.. And i have no right to criticize him, bcs ge is indeed more pious or close to God than i am... But then again... Is this really wht we Should say about someone who gave Islam respect?

And i am sure Sh Abu Esa is a great person...

I am sorry but are u saying that we should not respect him bc he is a singer? C'mon.. I HAVE SEEN so-called-Muslims who don't even stop listening to music during Azan. He on the other hand is a NON MUSLIM and he showed respect! I am not saying that we should make him our ideal..

But we should give respects.. Simple!

Yes, Sh Abu Esa is correct to criticize ppl who 'love' him.. But not the ppl who give respect to him or jb himself!

as for giving a good pic of religion.. I dunno how that comes into picture.. Look sh. shared it with ppl most of whom are muslims.. n u do notice the lingo.. I doubt non-muslims wd know what FATWA means.. :O

he explained how shytaaan makes their deeds pleasing.. so we find some bad ppl doing a few good deeds and ppl being awed by that (remember how I think news said angelena joulie adopted children) n starts following their lives... newspaper back pages n magazines r filled with their lives.. n ppl idolize them whn their lives are not worthy of it.. (a source said JB was caught with weed :O)

It's simple: if a person does something good, appreciate (RESPECT THAT ACT) if bad, then Raise voice against it! So yes! Regardless of the fact that HE IS from the music industry...
