aoa wr wb,this is the summary of something I was learning, it was about the conditions of sahih hadith according to Imam Bukhari that he includes in sahih bukhari... after learning that it was clear that he is the most genius scholar ever and that if he didnt include it in his book, means its not on his conditions;

that's why he repeats ahadith changing the isnad but keeping the matn same; coz other ahadith are not on same level; they can be very true n sahih enough for him to use in his other book but not exactly on his stringent conditions for sahih al bukhari..

in our times ppl do tasheeh, that so and so hadith in sunan tirmidhi is sahih on condition of Bukhari; but it can not be true... imam Bukhari knew by heart 700000 ahadith, if he doesn't include it he has his reason.. others doing tasheeh just look at names of narrators n say narrators are those used by Imam Bukhari so sahih on his conditions; but Imam Bukhari knows more than that;

he knows who studied from whom and he can tell if a person cannot narrate from another coz he never studied under him; not only that, he is even picky about narrations of those he trusts... he looks how long some1 studied under a big teacher; if they learn from him only for days, he wont take hadith coz it could be they bought book from market (instead of writing hadith themselves) and then hastily learned them.

n also he narrates from top students of some1 and his conditions are so tight n narrators so sound, its beyond doubt... so bottom line is when we find written beside ahadith of other books that this is sahih, one has to be careful..
