Oh etudi y becoming sad?? لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَنَا "Grieve not, for Allah is with us."[Qur'an 9: 40]
The occurrences of sadness and grief are out of our control, however, we can strive to use such hardships as trials that will only make us stronger. Everything happens for a reason, so being patient is the best solution. n I just love Surah Yusuf...

i recite it whenever i feel sad... just love the part when Ya'quub(AS) says فَصَبۡرٌ جَمِيۡلٌ‌ؕ وَاللّٰهُ الۡمُسۡتَعَانُ "So (for me) patience is most fitting. And it is Allah (Alone) Whose help can be sought..." [12:18] & also اِنَّمَاۤ اَشۡكُوۡا بَثِّـىۡ وَحُزۡنِىۡۤ اِلَى اللّٰهِ "I only complain of my grief and sorrow to Allah" [12:86]
And rmembr RasulAllah (SAW) said, ...

... "If Allah wants to do good to somebody, He afflicts him with trials."
[Bukhari]
RasulAllah also said, "No misfortune or disease befalls a Muslim, no worry or grief or harm or distress – not even a thorn that pricks him – but God will expiate for some of his sins because of that." [Ahmad, Saheeh]
n yeah, "So verily, with hardship, there is ease." (Quran 94:5)
