This is so damn true... I cannot understand how some teachers just go on teaching and teaching w/out ever bothering if the child understands or not... The whole purpose, essence of teaching is lost.. i know nthng abt teaching but this is from a students point of view... better my view. However Alhamdulillah I have the best of teachers and parents( A childs 1st teachers) in the whole world ever!!

And nowadays Alhamdulillah it is a norm for teachers to be trained by awesome experts... And they do benefit and change after such courses and training...

true.. I remember I had a student once.. I asked my small maths class casually, do u undrstand this? and every one said yes including that student (he actually nodded).. I had given them a quick glance n I noticed he didn't get it, so I just asked where r u stuck n he told me at so and so step..

yes many students hesitate to ask sthg out of embarassment but i believe i t is a tacher's reponsibilty to make the class so comfortable that any 1 can be confident and ask qs... some weird qs condemn such students and give them names making the student feel horrible.. and then they never open up again.. but i was nvr like tht i always asked..

teachers shud also keep the doors open for students 2 approach them anytime they want ... becoz some students are shy and wouldnt ask in front of the whole class rather in private... A teacher shold adapt to the needs of every student... No wonder it is such a noble job.. sthg i can never be...
And cool... ure a math tr.. from now on evry1 shud refer 2 u as sir..

n true.. teachers must be welcomming and friendly... n I've seen teachers who call names.. it's sad.
