Allowed calc?

I got a fx-991es anyone know for sure if it is allowed? i think it is banned thought, as it can pretty much do 1/4th of the paper- quad equations finding tangent sof slopes, multipying matrices, and solving equations when u r suposed ot with graph i know it cant have these things, but idk what...
