    for rows 2 to 6 you will set the first column(to the left) B-F to 22% of the width of the table and the second column H-L to 22% of the width of the table also

    it means decimal whenever there is a decimal you have to format it to double, fixed plus decimal points specified in the question here is a sample that might helps you
