    Intensity is directly proportional to Amplitude squared Intensity is inversely proportional to distance squared. Therefore: A^2 = k/x^2 When x=r, A=8. 64 = k/r^2 k = 64r^2 When x = 2r, A=? A^2 = 64r^2/(2r)^2 A^2 = 64/4 A = 4 um

    One Piece anyone?

I have met many people who dislike death note for different reasons and i'm not some fanboy to start arguing so as to 'show them the light' but i'll advise you to watch other anime. If you like one piece, maybe you'll like ao no exorcist or psycho pass. Short and well plotted anime are the best!

    One Piece anyone?

Yes, i have tried watching it but failed miserably :P Naruto and Bleach are suckier so i guess you could say one piece is better than them but it's not even close to being one of the top 50 anime :P I have watched many. The best ones include Death note, Code geass and Steins gate :P ^

    Physics: Post your doubts here!

The formula for P.E. = -GMm/r r is the distance and it is in the denominator. In this case, r1 is R+h1 and r2 is R+h2. Change in PE = final PE - Initial PE = -GMm/r2 - (-GMm/r1) = GMm/r1 - GMm/r2 Take GMm common: GMm(1/r1 - 1/r2) Oh and you cannot simply multiply the distances r1 and r2 on the...

That is actually not so surprising because for liquids or aqueous substances, the formula for energy gained is in fact q=Vc(T2-T1).

    Chemistry: Post your doubts here!

The answer cannot be B because if we use the combustion values we need 1 mole of PbO, in which case it will no longer have 1 mole of Pb3O4 and we will not be able to equate the formation and combustion values. The answer is D because when both values of formation are given we can simply use the...

    Chemistry: Post your doubts here!

The definition of enthalpy energy of formation is defined as the energy change that takes place when 1 mole of a substance is formed from elements in it's standard state under standard conditions. It has nothing to do with bond energy. To make it clearer, if you take a look at the data booklet...

    GMm [1/(R+h1) - 1/(R+h2)] = 1/2m (v1^2 - v2^2) m cancels. GM [1/(R+h1) - 1/(R+h2)] = 1/2 (v1^2 - v2^2) Make M subject: M = (v1^2 - v2^2)/2G[1/(R+h1) - 1/(R+h2)] M = (5370^2 - 5090^2)/2*6.67*10^11 [1/(6.38+19.9)*10^6 - 1/(6.38+22.7)*10^6] M = 2928800/13.34*10^-11 [3.66385*10^-9] M =...
