    I haven't registered privately so I don't know but the forms are very detailed and contain all the information. Yes, I'm sure that 5th August is not the last date. It's something around 17th August. Good luck.

    No, I think the date for registration WITHOUT penalty is 17th August, not sure. But it is certainly not 5th August.
