    Guys i think the 1stpart is this .... U need to know at bottom part,the fbd is like this tension-weight=centripetral force so first up find the spring constant,,f=kx,,,k=5/1.8 tension=centripetraal force +weight 2.78(L-13)=mrw^2+5 L=17.2cm

    I think the answer is wrong because the e reduction-e oxidation=1.36-0.77=>+ve value,suppose to be feasible.
