    see how you hav to think on this?? i have used the head to tail rule. after this.... use the cosine rule c^2 = 100^2 + 100^2 -2(100)(100)Cos(130) ... c = 181.26 N , 30` anticlockwise with the horizontal. I hope my answer is ryt :') :P

    for 7i either use the quadratic formula such that a=1 , b=2(sqrt)3 i c= -4 or put (x+iy) in place of z and solve it u wil get the answers.
