Salam. I'm an international student and am planning to apply to LUMS BSC accounting and finance. My Olevel grades were 5a* 1a and 3b while my AS results were 3a's and 1b. However, my SAt preperation have been horrible and I'm expecting a below average score when I give my SAT this Nov IsA...

applying to a good foreign university

I'm planning to go to Notthingam univerity of Malaysia InshaAllah. It's tution fees is around 13 lakh a year but you get an automatic 25% scholarship if you get 3A's in A-level. Plus, there are plenty other unis in Malaysia whose tution fees would fit in your specified range
