    Sorry i skipped the part where i got the limits.. you just substitute x = 5 and x = 2 in u = sqrt (6- x) to get 2 and 1 respectively, but since they asked us to flip the limits, we multiply the entire integrand by -1 thus getting rid of the - 10 u !! Good luck!
