    I used photoshop. The question asks the actual direction of the wind...the wind is the second vector... Why would you find the one at the top? Pointless.

    True. The only difference is that the arrow of the blue line is in the opposite direction, otherwise it's still the same.

    Well you most likely take maths and thus know about cumulative frequency. As far as I know they plot a curve along those lines and from THERE decide the A* value and A value etc.

    Proposed dividends are current liabilities, since a) The business is supposed to pay the amount to the shareholders but hasn't and b) Supposed to pay within a year so it's current not longterm.
