    ok! found out the reason! y has a maximum value, right? so the coeffecient of (x-h)^2 must be negative, remember? so we will reject k = 2 as k is the coeffecient of (x-h)^2.

    is answer 20? like this if first digit is 1 or 3, then 2C1 * 3C1 * 2! = 12 if first digit is 2, then 1C1 * 4C1 * 2! = 8 12 + 8 = 20 please tell me if i am correct!
