    2^2x, is that 2 divided by 2x? multiplied with 5 divided by (x+1)?

    I think it's OK if the graph is not spot on. There are always errors of the observer. So, if it's close, it's fine perhaps. It just shouldn't be ambiguous.

    Would it be true to say that it is necessary for the graph to pass through the origin if we are to say it is directly proportional. It was clear that the increase in volume is proportional to the increase in "rate".
