    Aren't we supposed to deduct dividends in the section after profit after interest? I was talking about the 'Interim dividend paid for year ended 30 June 2011: $125'

    Wrong. Factors are used for production. Any shortage in any factor will not, in any way, affect the sales budget. It'll only affect the production or purchases budget. The answer was sales budget.
