for num 6 all 4 molecules can be obtained from cracking. the question didnt ask for molecules whose total number of C adds up to 8 all four can be obtained during different reactions.( actually all hydrocarbon having less than 8 carbons can be obtained, no branch since the original is straight) -

from 0.5mv^2 = qV q(charge) and V(accelerating PD) are the same but m is different , hence v is different -

the two were accelerated by the same force but that doesnt mean that their resulting speeds were the same u had to use o.5mv^2 = qV v=(2qV/m)^0.5 if you work this out . u`ll probably end up with wavelenth (p/e) = (mass e/p)^0.5 -
