    while we where doing the exam the invigilators made an extra equipment for my Mr in another room where he went to do the experiment with the help of another teacher..after they both finished....and when we finished he told us!!

    just a note to all the guys in here...i knew after the exam that the y intercept had to be NEGATIVE, so any 1 who got it any number but not negative is WRONG

    well its a great idea...but starting from 2002 may be a little old as the syllabus had changed from that time..i prefer to start from 2007 as it will be more useful and more time saving, cause yes we surely need rest after the P2 and P3 and lets not forget for the ppl who take AS Bio.     ok then i would love that u help me one more time....my MR said that i must put a unit for the gradient, butthis notes and other ppl say that no..there is no unit for the gradient??? im totally confused :confused:

    Winzi 21...just if you didnt know this before...for any object on an inclined plae the component down the slope is mg sin (theta) and vertically downwards perpendicular to the component down hte slope is mg cos (theta)

    ok the question asked for the component of the weight DOWN THE SLOPE...so resolving the forces gives us the W component as mg sin (theta) so m=850kg, 850 x 9.81 sin (7.5)= 1088 so about 1090N

    because he gave you the voltage which is 2.05..so when he says 1 digit, it means to start count from the end which is in this case the 5..so its is 0.01...maybe im wrong but this is the way i was teached and it worked!!
