    Anyway how was ur paper?

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

I am pretty sure that you dont need to multiply by 2 as the question was based on COMBINATION not permutation where order doesnt matter, so it didnt matter which team was selected first!

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

See the question said that TWO teams have to be choosen, so think of two teams as one conplete event(or outcome) ,and a single team as half of an outcome, and if u know the basic counting principle it says that if two tasks are to occur in succesive than u MULTIPLY their odds, and by this the...

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

Just remeber to draw a sketch and learn a little bit of circle theorem and applications in Geometry. If you can try to download C2 Textbook for AS lvl(edexcel board) and read 4th Chapter Coordinate geometry in cartesian plane. Ik its as lvl just dont panic and read through the chapter it will...

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

That's interesting! I have never seen a school that provides add maths as a course in my region. Where do u live?
  9. The_Boss

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

And one more thing, u take the (3,1) coordinates for P because the question says that p is on the line AB and it's clear that the other point for p is beyond A

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

There is no k in our syllabus! So what exactly do u find hard ?
  11. The_Boss

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

Here u go Just a hint. Whenever u get decimal answers make sure u round them off so that they have same sf as the points in question like I got 2.96133..... I just round it off to nearest whole number as all x values are whole number

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

Well I only found relative velocity difficult when it concerns two things moving relative to each other like in collision and interception problems but in water, air motion its pretty easy. If you want I can help you out but after 3rd as my Mechanics exam will be over on 3rd.

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

Why are u ONLY doing graphs question? Just give me an hour or so I will help ya out once I reach home. ;)

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

We'll I have my mechanics as lvl exam soon,so I am preparing for it right now. Anyway did u take add maths privately or ur school/institute provides courses for it?

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

So done with add maths mate?
  16. The_Boss

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

Alright these type of question are pretty hard unless u know a little bit of circle equation and their concept in graphs. SO first part says find the equation its pretty easy, you can do that. Now (ii) part says to find coordinates of D. For this write the equation of the line in terms of...

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

And yeah for additional mathematics (IGCSE one) dont forget to use notations like F(x) instead of y for range and x for domain. And try to include sine, cosine, tan, sec, cos, cot,ln,e graphs with domain and range. Like what is domain for ln and e and what is range for cos and sec

    Additional Mathematics (0606) Doubt

I might be late but here is a quick explanation of functions, domain and range. Function is a relation between two variables, like u input one variable to get the other variable, then the function are the step done to PROCESS the first variable to the second variable. Think of them as a computer...
