    Quality of education depends upon teachers. During my time (3 years back) we had Sir Amjad for Maths who is very very good. Sir Azhar Mahmood for physics who is pretty decent as well.     It depends on the preferences other people choose in their applications. But this is a decent score, I would say in Civil and disciplines with merit below, this u should get in.

    These two are very very different fields. You have to find out your interests and chose accordingly. Don't worry of the scope, it keeps changing over the years. But spending 4 years studying something you don't have interest in, won't be a good choice.
