    Should not the answer be B. Because as the reaction is exothermic, increasing the temperature will shift the equilibrium towards reactants, and the rate of backward reaction increases. But answer is A, how?

    a little I could understand from this is that the reaction II is opposite of I, so we can take reciprocal. square root because the in reaction II, the power of product is 1/2.

    But for Statement #2, I thought that ethanol + acidified potassium dichromate will turn from orange to green, forming an aldehyde, isn't that right??:unsure:
