    Unit 2 Physics notes!!

This is how we learnt it: Since the resistance of one component decreases, the overall resistance decreases (it's in series) When the overall resistance decreases, and EMF is constant, the current 'I' increases (V= IR) Since the current now increases, and the voltage drop 'V' = IR, the voltage...

After you get the equation you let cos@ (theta) = y. You'll get a quadratic. 4y^2 + 2y - 1 I think it was, not sure though. You'll need to use the quadratic formula to solve this. You get two decimals, 0.609 or whatever. Then you say cos@ (theta) = your answers and then solve for theta :)

I GOT THE FRIKKIN TRAPEZIUM RULE WRONG! and guess what the worst part is? The trapezium rule is IN THE FORMULAE BOOKLET! And the other stuff like g(y) and whatever, I still don't get where on earth you do the calculation in that? If suppose 2(3^3) + 4(3^2) - 18 = 0, and 2(3^3y) + 4(3^2y) -...

UGHHH. Anyone else ever been in the position where your pastpapers go GREAT and you think you'll ace the exam, and then make the STUPIDEST mistakes on the day?

So apparently the paper was leaked, and now edexcel has sent the centers a completely different paper. Wonder if the original one would have been nicer :/ why do people do this.

Hmm, I guess. Geometric sequences annoy me cuz they're so wordy. and then I mess them up. But trig's alright if you know the two main identities. It just takes a little while to figure out :)
