    The best way would be for you to decide which university you want to apply to.....then see what are their requirements. Some universities don't ask for A*s, they might ask you give some exams like SAT, TOEFL or TSA.

    In that case you will use your O-Levels grades.

    70% NET + 15% A-Levels + 10% O-Levels In case of SAT use SAT marks instead of NET.

    I dont know about Shifa, But for NUST its got to be somewhere around 2100+ Your HSSC and SSC marks count too. But I dont know the over all aggregate needed. I have been asking that question too

    About A-Levels yes But for O-Levels if u are a student from Pakistan then Islamiyat, Urdu and Pak std. is compulsory. However, if you are a Pakistani student living abroad then they are not compulsory.

    these are available on most of the websites but they are NET based lists.....SAT base is a bit different from this I dont know for sure but the merit ended around 30 last year for MBBS
