    Glucagon is secreted by the pancreas (islet cells) and is a hormone in which it is targeted to the liver to LOWER the sugar level in the blood..this is when there is a low amount of glucose in the body (a.k.a storage sorter of the body)..while Insulin again secreted by the pancreas, is again...
