    CIE is harder, edexcel is much less harder and also gives you the option of repeating a particular paper to improve your grade rather than giving all the papers as in cie

    EdExcel's marking is a bit tough but their papers of A levels are a lot easier, CIE already has a high standard. EdExcel needs to improve its a level difficulty anyways. Compare phy p1, p2 with a level phy p2 or maths p1 with c1, c2 you'll realize the difference

    They do offer merit based scholarships or major scholarships sometimes, the tuition fees of canadian uni's is like 3-4 times less than the us unis

    You lose 1 mark for final accuracy. The rest is marked based on ECF (error carried forward) unless your method is wrong too
