    I still have problem with the word OXIDATION.... if C has an oxidation state of +2 in CO then +2-2=0.... and CO2= +2-4=-2... it is still reduction not oxidation.... and if C has oxidation state of +4 in CO2 the +4-4=0... its neither oxidation or reduction.... there is no way in this world you...

    object moving in a circular path experience a so called centripetal force.... they why objects leave the circular path making a tangent to its position of release...??? rather it should fall toward the centre...????

    gradient of line AC is 0.5 and its equation is 2y-x=-1 gradient of line bd is -2 and its equation is y+2x=12 intersection of the two lines is the point M....

    in carbon monooxide, oxidation state of the whole compound is +4-2 = +2... and CO2 has oxidation state of +4-4=0... so CO2 is formed by reduction not oxidation.... :)

    yes mate.. 100% correct... by the way you have opted a long method of solving the second part.... result of first part is 32-80y+80y^2... if you compare second question with the first, instead of 2-y it is given 2-(2x-x^2)... y is in fact replaced by (2x-x^2) s just replace y with (2x-x^2)...

    mate its a right angle triangle with angles of 90, 36, 54. (hope you know how to convert angle from radians to degree) to find area you just need to know any two sides and a angle between them... one length is given as 10cm ... find the length of x or y...(up to know)... then put in the area...
