    I think its 0.58seconds for 200m in air 5128m/s because its like speed in steel = speed in air - 0.544 and say thats x then do 1/x = y then do y * 200 which would give you 5128m/s

    4 is resistance for first coil 6 is resistance for second coil so the length of second coil is more....it is 1.5* bigger than the first coil :D I think thats the answer but Im not sure....so do check with others

    So when u have a longer coil, the current is more and when there is a shorter coil as there is less resistance, the current is lesser. V = A*R so 1.8 = x*y if x is reduced then y should have increased which is resistance as the first coil is longer :)

    Use the corkscrew rule make a fist and stick your thumb out....the thumb points the flow of current so here its downwards, so thumb points downwards and your fingers givce the direction of magnetic feild so in this case its clockwise....

    i) 4.0 as the least difference = closest to person.... ii) because there was time difference between lightning and thunder.... iii) 1200/3.6 = 333.3....m/s iv) 330m/s

    Im not sure of part a but for part b look at the image....but the lines have to be straight and drawn with a ruler :)

    Time base setting should be the same but the other one should be 2V per cm instead of 1V per cm.....thats what I think.....Im not sure....

    That cant be right...coz 18.75/2 does not equal 7.5V.... P = V^2/R so V = (PR)^0.5 V = (18.75*3)^0.5 = 7.5V

    for 6 a i its the whole image would be compressed...so rarefactions and compressions would be more compressed.... For 9 a 1 Im not sure....someone plz help with this question :(
