    There's like a 1/10000 chance the result is wrong, I think. They may have made a mistake in marking your paper but I highly doubt they misprint the results.

    I also got an A. I am assuming a high one because my P2 went very well but I made some mistakes in P1 that probably cost me an A*. Ask your school if you want to apply for a re-check. They'll tell you the entire procedure and you should get your new result after about a month.

    Just don't worry about the result (though I suppose you will have some anxiety since there's like 12 days left), I mean it's not like you should be expecting horrible grades or something, keep your hopes high.
