Well, i would normally say because of high populations, the need for more energy. but the markscheme says, the governments support to it, the economic development of the country and use of forests for fuelwood, and afforestation.

    Also, do you have any tips to answering questions? I often give answers that are sort of relevant, but not what the mark scheme says. So thats the main reason why I lose marks. Once I know what I need to say, I can explain it well! Thankss x
