    Dude that's wrong, you have to DRY and WEIGH the rust (FE2O3.XH2O) to check which inhibitor is most effective .. how can you weigh the the water or seeing by yourself.. & i compared this answers with hundreds of geniuses in hall .. they wrote same what i wrote :)
