Question about graph in physics p33!

hey i have a question on y intercept? if we dont start the y-axis with 0, and suppose we dont get the y-intercept , what do we do ? how will we get the y-intercept in this case ? see attachment so that you can get what i mean :) thankyou so much :D

GT will be low (yet higher than before), because many ppl did make silly mistakes <including me > :P anyways can i ask you guys how are you preparing for phy paper 5 ?? any help would be appeciated :)
