HOW WAS PHYSICS PAPER 2 AS!!!!!!!!!!!

I wrote 'Initially, the neutrons have some kinetic energy.' Meh.

HOW WAS PHYSICS PAPER 2 AS!!!!!!!!!!!

Young Modulus is (F/e)(L/A), where F/e was the gradient.

HOW WAS PHYSICS PAPER 2 AS!!!!!!!!!!!

The change in kinetic and gravitational potential energy, anyone?

HOW WAS PHYSICS PAPER 2 AS!!!!!!!!!!!

For copper, Young Modulus is half. Hence, the force should be halved, i.e. 1.5 N. Same graph but with peak at 1.5 N instead of 3.

    AS Physics P2 GT?

60 minutes for 60 marks, most of which were 'interpretation' in your words, and you say it wasn't long? You gotta be somehow related to Superman.

    AS Physics P2 GT?

Yep, got that right. ;) The paper was lengthy, and lots of people did lots of silly mistakes. And besides, the highest ever Physics 22 GT was 47, and this paper was by far lengthier and trickier. So meh.

HOW WAS PHYSICS PAPER 2 AS!!!!!!!!!!!

You are wrong, my friend. Using lambda/2 gave the answer as 1000 Hz. I am certain of that.

    AS Physics P2 GT?

<40. The paper was easier compared to O/N 2011, but time management was a BIG problem.

Statistics Paper 62 -- How was it?!

Not more than 1. It was for 4, so you'd probably get 3.
  14. A

Statistics Paper 62 -- How was it?!

Nope, it was exactly 5514. You would have gotten an inaccurate answer for rounding off your value of s.d prematurely, maybe.
  15. A

Statistics Paper 62 -- How was it?!

It was an exact answer. 5514.
  16. A

Statistics Paper 62 -- How was it?!

Yeah, my bad but a lot of people who did this question by probability or by drawing a tree diagram got the same answer.

Statistics Paper 62 -- How was it?!

    Isn't 4!/2! and 4C2 both equal to 6?
  18. A

Statistics Paper 62 -- How was it?!

Yes, it is indeed correct. The correct answer was supposed to be 0.368, and it gives exactly that. I made a horrendous error. What I did was write 4C2*(18/30)*(17/29)*(12/30)*(11/29) and got the answer 0.320. I must have been blind or something. Do you expect I'd get any marks out of 4? 2 maybe?

Statistics Paper 62 -- How was it?!

Are you perfectly sure this method is valid?

Chem Paper 42 how did it go?

If you people really are expecting above 80, then rest assured you did a great job. Most of the people at my centre found the exam very difficult, and the organic part was trickier than in the last few years. The threshold won't be above 56-57, definitely.
