    yup its in kg. wider bore means more sensitive longer thermometer means less sensitive (but more range) [worst topic of O levels Physics] :/

    can u explain this question... June 2005 paper 2 question 5a) compasses are always confusing me. why is compass C pointing to the right? are we supposed to consider the poles of the solenoid or the magnets inside?? o.O

    u can't prevent heat loss u can just minimise it. and u an minimize it using the double glazed windows, air trapped in the roof; shiny roof and whatever the hell else u can do!! :P
