    Listen that was major arc MN when they were extended to touch the circumfernce of circle...and sometimes you may have to admit that u're wrong...just go with it....:)..thats a sincere advice :)

    well u no wat at first i also did the same thing....bu while rechecking i realised they want the major AC not MN....so we had to multiply 39 by 4 and subtract it form 360.....and find the arc length.....this was the trap in this question and looks like you fell for it!!!:)

    in chemistry black compounds are considered as coloured......................white compound are not considered as coloured the rest are...:)

    While solving this paper how i came up tothe conclusion was due to the hydrogen peroxide reaction, manganese oxide is a catalyst for this reaction and moreover it is coloured so the oxide is definitly of a transition metal....hope i helped u:)

    for part a find area of semicircle...........subtract the area of circle from this.........divide this value by 2 for part b find the circumference of semi circle and divide it by 2 to get the length of outer arc........add it to the radius of semi circle................then find circumference...
