    I've never seen it come up in a question, and didnt see it in the syllabus either. I would just know the two methods are trickling filter and activated sludge, they simply are what their names say, so just understand what is used, ie, microorganisms.

    A corpus luteum only forms after fertilisation?? I think not, a corpus luteum is what is formed when the follicle bursts, not due to fertilisation. With or without fertilisation, there is still a corpus luteum.
