    BIO Doubts..here..everyone!!

Correct, also useful to note that the enzyme released is a protease. Also useful to note, that once the mesh forms, the capillaries basically reduce themselves in size so as to reduce blood traffic and thus, blood loss (:

    ECO P3 ??

Knowledge isn't really tested, more application. A demand and supply diagram is always asked to be drawn. Population structure etc comes up often.

    BIO Doubts..here..everyone!!

I didn't know that the knowledge of specific bones was in the IGCSE syllabus, in my book it says for O Level only. I'm using the International Edition by Mary Jones and Geoff Jones.

    BIO Doubts..here..everyone!!

Basically, the capillaries which supply the body with blood have small gaps in them. The white blood cells and plasma can fit through these small gaps, where they become tissue fluid. Now, the tissue fluid greatly helps with the body's processes, as they surround cells. This allows for diffusion...

    Chemistry Revision

It doesn't specify by how much the concentration is increased by, so it is not correct to assume that it would be half the time. It is not being annoying, rather uplifting for me to help people to be honest :D. So, I guess I didn't really answer, sorry for rambling xD. Basically, anywhere to...

    biology p61

Quick question, I want to know why people are still arguing about this.. It doesn't matter, life goes on. By far this was my worst paper 6 I have done, I made some very stupid mistakes, costing me about 6 marks so far. Yes, I agree that the threshold will be low, but we all have to move on and...

    Paper 6 Physics

    Thanks for clarification (:

    Paper 6 Physics

Exactly what I did, it didn't tell you to remove any components so I'm assuming that it's correct. They've never deducted marks for extra components when they ask you to redraw a circuit anyway. (:

    Chemistry Revision

As ethanol is an alcohol, the obvious choice of test will be as you said a flame produced from a lit splint. The flame colour is not required, as it is not in the syllabus. Hope I helped

    Paper 6 Physics

I actually wrote that they may have looked at the tops rather than the bases of the pins, which may not have been vertical. Resulting in an inaccurate plotting and thus a parallax error.

    Paper 6 Physics

Yeah same, people were looking at me like what is he doing... Cause I was measuring my lap, in relation to my keyboard xD

    Physics paper 1 May/June2011 discussion

Yeah, thats what I thought, but I thought the heights were the same and put the wrong answer Q_Q.. If only I'd read it more clearly.

    biology p61

Agreed, it was a line graph, nobody in my entire class drew a bar chart.

    Physics paper 1 May/June2011 discussion

Capacitor stores energy, but for the mercury barometer I am not sure, as I could've read the diagram wrong :/

    Paper 6 Physics

It just told you to add them, I was going to use the formula, but they always specify in paper 6. The area of the keyboard was closer to 0.07m^2 This is because to find cm^2 in m^2, you divide by (100x100) Which is ten thousand. Also, working in metres, 50cm width, 20cm length, = 0.5*0.2=...
